The attorney for a woman charged with murder on New Year's Eve in a Louisville McDonald's parking lot said police's version of the events isn't true. 

Angela Kelly, 45, was taken into custody Wednesday night and charged with one count of murder. 

The shooting happened about 3:30 a.m. on Bardstown Road at the intersection with Baxter Avenue on April 20. 

Angela Hensley pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday morning. A judge set her bond at $1 million.
