The crash happened in eastern Kentucky Monday morning. 

Owner Ritt Mortimer said the decision to run the ad wasn't made lightly.

Unemployment rates fell in 117 counties in Kentucky from July 2021 to July 2022, according to the Kentucky Center for Statistics.

Jobless rates rose in 31 counties and stayed the same in eight counties, the center said Thursday.

"It gives you closure when your family is together."
