She testified before Metro Council on Tuesday.

English, along with other riders stood in solidarity with the Metro Disability Coalition at Jefferson Square in Louisville Saturday afternoon to speak on the many issues they face with TARC3 and the lack of services provided to them.  

They plan to protest near Metro Hall on Saturday.

The Louisville man refutes a statement by TARC's contractor, which says it hasn't stranded anyone in 2021.

The Metro Disability Coalition says TARC3's contractor — MV Transportation — is failing disabled riders.

Loyal TARC riders are hopeful that a brand new leader will help turn around the struggling service.
