Officers were called to the area of South 9th Street and West Broadway just after 4 a.m. Sunday, June 14, on a report that someone had been hit by a vehicle.

Officers responded to reports of a masked man on a bicycle carrying bolt cutters near a storage facility on Dixie Highway the morning of March 2.

Ryan Simms, 22, was arrested Thursday on a warrant by the Louisville Metro Police Department's Fugitive Unit.
