A neighbor shared the video with CNN from the day McConnell's team said the 84-year-old was hospitalized three weeks ago.
Staff for Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell said last week that the senator is "continuing his recovery" in a hospital while the Senate is out of session.
Kentucky U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell was reportedly found "unconscious" at his home in Washington the day he was hospitalized last month.
According to a statement from his spokesperson, McConnell is "still working closely with staff on Senate business and Kentucky matters."
It's unknown why he was hospitalized.
