LMPD's Traffic Unit is investigating.

Louisville Metro Police officers were called to a multi-vehicle crash in the 10300 block of Preston Highway at Maple Spring Drive just after 8 p.m. Dec. 26.

Police said the motorcyclist was going north on New Cut Road at about 7 p.m. and collided with a passenger vehicle that was trying to turn left from Harper’s Ferry Road onto southbound New Cut Road.
