Richard Allen was convicted in November in the killings of 13-year-old Abigail Williams and 14-year-old Liberty German. 

Newly obtained court documents are shedding light on why the Carroll County Prosecutor asked a judge to seal the probable cause affidavit in the case against Richard Allen.

Richard Allen is set to stand trial for the 2017 murders of Abby Williams and Libby German.

They will either be selected from St. Joseph County or Allen County -- both in Indiana.

That was revealed by a prosecutor during a Tuesday morning hearing for Delphi suspect Richard Allen.
