Getting residents moved is proving to be a slow process, and Louisville Metro Housing Authority is facing a big challenge facing apartments to move them into.

On July 25th at around 4 p.m., the housing complex was also without power for almost 24 hours. Power was restored on July 26.
The power outage occurred in the C Building of Dosker Manor due to a burst sprinkler in one of the apartments around 12 a.m. on Saturday.
It all began Thursday afternoon when ISP Troopers went to Smith's house to deliver administrative documents.
It took 25 firefighters about 20 minutes to get the fire under control.
