Rangeland Elementary School in Newburg educates around 550 students. Michelle Skinner, the school's Family Resource Center Coordinator, said about 50 students a week are assisted by the food pantry.

The crash happened just after 4 p.m. Tuesday outside Rangeland Elementary School in the Newburg neighborhood.
“Students and families can meet school staff, pick up books and other supplies and receive the Chromebook, WiFi hotspot or other device they’ve requested,” Jefferson County Public Schools said in a news release.
The dynamic duo visited Rangeland Elementary School to help students celebrate National Read Across America Day.
