On April 29, Jeffrey Lauder was found to have committed conduct unbecoming "at a party at your home during the summer of 2020," according to a memo from Chief Paul Humphrey. But he was cleared of the most serious allegations, sexual harassment, untruthfulness and a second violation of conduct unbecoming.
