One of the Clark County Sheriff' Department's most veteran sergeants will keep his job after a merit board unanimously voted Wednesday to reinstate him.

A missing Indiana family has been found safe after they were reported missing while swimming in a creek off Marion Martin Road late Friday night.  

The jail is currently housing 48 detainees, but it's unknown how long they will be kept there.
