More than 20,000 drivers use the Blackiston Mill Bridge each day, a major thoroughfare connecting New Albany and Clarksville.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Tuesday morning for Cristiani Parkway, at State Road 62, in Charlestown.

A portion of Blackiston Mill has been closed for construction for eight months behind the Kroger on Lewis and Clark Parkway in Clarksville, Indiana. 

Despite fears, a roundabout is not being considered.
