Friday will be Jeff Ruby Day in Louisville to celebrate the Grand Re-Opening of the downtown restaurant.
The menu will feature dishes like Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The 6,051-square-foot steakhouse will have a 170-seat dining room.
Swizzle Dinner & Drinks will offer appetizers such as lobster bisque and fried calamari and entrees including chops, seafood and steaks.
