He will be in Louisville next Saturday signing bottles at the Liquor Barn in Middletown from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The restaurant will be smaller than the Baxter Avenue location in Louisville, but it will have seating for up to 100 people outside, along with a rooftop bar.
