Semi dangles from I-65 ramp after jackknifing

A tractor trailer jack-knifed and came to a stop with the front of the cab on the side of the retaining wall.
The scene was eerily similar to what happened on the 2nd Street Bridge on March 1 of this year when a semi driver was trapped in the cab of her rig as it dangled over the Ohio River.
