A proud Louisville native, Ashley Isaacs combines local insight with over a decade of marketing expertise to help businesses thrive. After earning a full art scholarship for drawing at the University of Louisville, Ashley transitioned her creative talents into a successful career in advertising and marketing.
Since 2012, Ashley has taken a consultative approach to every client relationship, focusing on understanding each business’s unique goals to craft tailored solutions that drive real results. Her tenure as Director of National Accounts for a digital automotive marketing agency gave her in-depth experience with digital advertising—equipping her with a clear understanding of both the strengths and limitations of a wide range of digital tactics.
Today, Ashley brings that well-rounded perspective to her role as an Account Executive at WDRB, where she leverages both traditional and digital strategies to support business growth throughout the region.
Outside of work, Ashley and her husband share their home with three lively Boxers and a serene pond full of koi fish—a perfect balance of energy and tranquility.
