LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Despite another solid offensive performance, Racing Louisville FC was once again unable to come away with a win.
Racing went on the road Saturday to face Portland and left with another 2-2 tie. This is the third straight draw for Racing to start the season.
Uchenna Kanu found the back of the net within the first three minutes to put Racing up 1-0 early. Then she secured a brace just three minutes later to give Racing a 2-0 lead.
But those were the last two goals that Racing would score for the rest of the match.
Portland scored in the 52nd to pull within one goal. There were 10 minutes of stoppage time with Racing up 2-1 but Portland was able to find the equalizer in the 99th minute.
Next up for Racing is a home matchup with San Diego Wave FC on April 13 at 7:30 p.m.
