LOUISILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — New University of Louisville football quarterback Miller Moss shared tragic news on X (formerly Twitter) Thursday afternoon.
His family home as well as the home of his grandmother in Pacific Palisades, California, were both reduced to rubble by the horrific fires that have engulfed Los Angeles this week.
Moss said he would be “putting something together” to help with the relief in the coming weeks and and would welcome any assistance.

Moss, who announced his transfer to play for coach Jeff Brohm at Louisville next season, played for four seasons at the University of Southern California, his hometown school. He was a 4-star recruit in high school.
His father, Eric Owen Moss, is a prominent California architect and his mother, Emily, was a professor in the USC School of Architecture.
Moss, 22, earned his bachelor’s degree at USC with a major in law, history and culture.
He threw for more than 2,500 yards and 18 touchdowns for the Trojans this season after his six-touchdown performance against Louisville in the 2023 Holiday Bowl in San Diego.
