LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Barbasol Championship, the PGA Tour event that's been played at Champions at Keene Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, Kentucky, since 2018, will return in 2024 as the Kentucky Championship.
The PGA Tour said Monday the event will be contested July 8-14. It was first held at Keene Trace in 2018. Its winners include:
- 2018: Troy Merritt
- 2019: Jim Herman
- 2020: Canceled
- 2021: Seamus Power
- 2022: Trey Mullinax
- 2023: Vincent Norrman
The 2024 Kentucky Championship will feature a field of 156 players playing for a $4 million purse.
