Bennett Wise joined the WDRB Sports team as an anchor and reporter in June 2026.
A native of Warrenton, Virginia, Bennett ventured to the Midwest to attend Miami University, graduating in 2021 with degrees in Journalism and Sport Leadership and Management. He started his career at WKEF in Dayton, Ohio, before spending four years at WSBT in South Bend, Ind.
While in northern Indiana, Bennett followed all things Notre Dame, Indiana, Purdue, Michigan and Michigan State. This included covering back-to-back College Football Playoff National Championship runs by the Fighting Irish and Hoosiers.
