LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- University of Kentucky guard Antonio Reeves was selected in the second round of the NBA Draft Thursday evening.
The Orlando Magic selected Reeves with the No. 47 overall pick then traded the rights to the New Orleans Pelicans.
Other Wildcats taken in the draft include Reed Sheppard at No. 3 overall to the Houston Rockets and Rob Dillingham at No. 8 overall to the San Antonio Spurs then was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Reeves averaged 20.2 points per game at Kentucky last season.
