Telnesha Brown was arrested by officers with the Louisville Metro Police Department on Thursday, Aug. 24, 2023. Police said she was part of a criminal syndicate that broke into more than three-dozen businesses in the city over a four-month period to steal lottery tickets and other merchandise.
