UPS workers gathered outside the company's Worldport air hub in Louisville Wednesday morning to "practice" picketing as the Teamsters union and the company enter crunch time in their high-profile contract talks.
The Atlanta-based company said the start of “business continuity training” is not a signal that negotiations with the Teamsters are less likely to result in an agreement on a new, five-year labor contract.
