ZEGGZ Hashbrown Casserole

This recipe is unbelievably easy, Ā can be prepared in advanced and is the perfect dish on a chilly fall morning.

Ā 

3 lbs. Shredded Potatoes

3 cups Sour Cream

12 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup

3 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

3/4 cup Chopped Sweet Onion

3/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper

1 tbls. Salt, Kosher

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and spread evening in a Ā 9" 13" pan liberally coated with non-stick cooking spray. Ā Bake, uncovered, in a pre-heated 350 oven turning the pan half way through. Ā Casserole is ready when the center is piping hot and the top is crispy and brown.
