Zeggz is sharing their recipe for their signature "B & G skillet," which stands for "biscuits & gravy!" Patty Schnatter and Ellen Harkin show how easy it is to make.
ZEGGZ Hashbrown Casserole
This recipe is unbelievably easy, can be prepared in advanced and is the perfect dish on a chilly fall morning.
3 lbs. Shredded Potatoes
3 cups Sour Cream
12 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup Chopped Sweet Onion
3/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 tbls. Salt, Kosher
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and spread evening in a 9" 13" pan liberally coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, in a pre-heated 350 oven turning the pan half way through. Casserole is ready when the center is piping hot and the top is crispy and brown.
