LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Thanksgiving sides don't have to be difficult or expensive.  Kroger Chef Paul Dowell shares a delicious and moist corn pudding that is a great side for Thanksgiving or any time of year! 

Corn Pudding

Makes 8 to 10 servings.

2 - 15.25 oz. Cans Kroger Whole Kernel Corn (with liquid)

2 - 15.25 oz. Cans Kroger Cream Style Corn

1 Cup Kroger Sour Cream

1 stick Kroger Unsalted Butter (melted)

1 tsp.    Kosher Salt 

½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper

2 Boxes (small 8.5 oz.) Jiffy Yellow Corn Bread Mix

    

Preheat oven to 350° & lightly grease a 9"X13" casserole dish.

In a large bowl, combine both types of corns, sour cream, melted butter, salt & pepper.  Mix all ingredients until well blended.

Add in cornbread mix & blend in until well incorporated.

Pour mixture into prepared casserole & bake casserole uncovered for 30-40 minutes (until hot all the way through (165°) & nice golden brown).
