LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Memorial Day Weekend is perfect for a barbeque get-together!
WDRB's Keith Kaiser joined the pros with Hogfathers BBQ on Friday morning for some grilling tips.
The Hogfathers BBQ started with brother-in-laws Scott Dudek and Malton Schexneider cooking for their large extended family in 2012.
As the years went on, they went from grilling burgers and dogs to low and slow barbecue.
Their obsession and demand for their cooking lead them to the world of barbecue competitions.
They took second place out of 17 teams in their first KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society)Â rib competition.
In 2023, they won first place out of 25 teams.
In September of 2023, they partnered with The Fire Place of Louisville to cook and promote their smokers at their monthly live radio events.
The two can help you take your barbecue skills to the next level.
They host classes that help you brush up on your skills and learn new ones.
