Trifecta BBQ Shrimp and Sweet corn Hobo Packet

1/3 cup lime juice

1/4 cup orange juice

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger

1 tablespoon fish sauce

¼ cup Trifecta Sweet Heat BBQ sauce

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 ears corn, each cut crosswise into 4 pieces

1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

In a large zip top bag place the shrimp along with lime juice, orange juice, garlic, ginger, honey, soy, Trifecta Sweet Heat BBQ sauce, coriander, and pepper, allow to marinade for half an hour or however long it takes to drive to the game. Light your grill to medium high heat, or set your oven to 450 at home. Form a bag out of heavy gauge aluminum foil and place the corn pieces along with your shrimp mixture and seal the bag. Place you bag on the grill, or in the oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until your shrimp is cooked.

Trifecta Bourbon Brined Wings

2 oranges, halved

4 bay leaves

4 ounces parsley

1 ounce fresh thyme

5 cloves fresh garlic, smashed

1 cup Trifecta bourbon marinade

1 cup kosher salt

1 gallon water

5 pounds of chicken wings

3 cups of Trifecta Blazing BBQ sauce, Sweet Heat, or Original.

Combine the oranges, bay leaves, parsley, thyme, garlic, Trifecta Bourbon Marinade, salt, and water in a large pot, bring to a boil and stir to dissolve the salt and simmer for one minute. Turn off heat and chill until completely cool. Place the wings into a large sealable vessel and cover with the chilled brine. Allow the wings to marinate for at least half an hour or up to 24 hours. Remove from brine, pat dry, and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally until done, about 15 to 20 minutes. Place the wings in a clean bowl and toss with Trifecta BBQ sauce.
