* WHAT...A mix of freezing rain and plain rain will overspread

portions of south-central Kentucky early Wednesday morning. While

air temperatures may be at or just above freezing, ground and

pavement temperatures are expected to be below freezing resulting

in any precipitation falling to freeze on contact and result in

hazardous road conditions. Conditions will improve by late

morning as air temperatures warm into the upper 30s and lower 40s.

* WHEN...From 4 AM EST /3 AM CST/ to 11 AM EST /10 AM CST/ Wednesday.
