Aaron Ellis, a spokesman for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to the area of South 26th and Dumesnil streets on a reported shooting just before 8:30 p.m. Friday.
A 12-year-old boy was shot early Monday in Louisville’s Portland neighborhood, marking the latest violent incident in an area plagued by gunfire.
