Closing arguments are scheduled for Thursday morning at the Louisville Free Public Library downtown. The ethics commission then plans to deliberate in a closed session.
Piagentini is accused of violating financial disclosure and other city ethics rules over his role backing an ordinance that gave $40 million in federal pandemic aid to a group that later hired him.
The Louisville Healthcare CEO Council says it remains on target to meet all goals in the grant agreements for federal coronavirus relief aid. A WDRB News investigation found that just two of 11 milestones have been achieved this year.
