Gov. Andy Beshear sounded increasingly confident Thursday that he will have the leeway to take "at least some executive action” to make medical marijuana legally accessible in Kentucky.
Kentucky Secretary of the Justice Public Safety Cabinet Kerry Harvey and Secretary of the Public Protection Cabinet Ray Perry will act as co-chairs of the committee.
