Kentucky's utility regulator on Friday rejected Bernheim Arboretum’s challenge to its approval of a 12-mile natural gas pipeline that Louisville Gas & Electric wants to build through Bullitt County, including land owned by Bernheim.
Last week’s filings are the latest in a legal fight over the proposed pipeline that also includes a separate lawsuit involving Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest.
