Superintendent Jesse Bacon says this school year is expected to look more normal post-COVID, but staffing has been a challenge.
“I understand their frustration, and I would just ask that they be patient with us because a lot of times we don't know that a driver is going to miss until the last minute,” BCPS Superintendent Bacon said Wednesday.
The district said that while the new program is a solution, it's just one step in the process of tackling transportation issues.
