LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Corydon's Christmas mystery has been solved just in time for the town's holiday parade.
Earlier this week, organizers for Light Up Corydon reported Santa's chair was missing ahead of this weekend's parade.

For the past six years, the town has used the red velvet chair for Santa to arrive at the annual Christmas event. The parade is this weekend, but the chair had been missing since at least Monday, organizers said.
The chair was last seen sitting outside of the Corydon Town Garage waiting to be added to a sleigh for the parade.
A Corydon resident made it her mission to find the chair, creating a post on social media asking for others to be on the lookout for it.
Janelle Amy, executive director of Main Street Corydon, said the post was shared about 300 times as of Wednesday, the town coming together to try to find the missing chair.
But the chair showed up Friday afternoon at a local real estate office, Amy said, "still in great condition."
Organizers said they received several offers for other possible Santa chairs, but they plan to use the original in Saturday's parade now that it is back home. They also plan to have The Grinch in the chair during the parade.
While the chair has been returned, who took it and where it's been remain a mystery.
Light Up Corydon will have a parade, food trucks, and activities for the whole family in the town square Saturday, Nov. 25, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The parade kicks off at 5:45 p.m.
