Louisville Bats hosting inaugural 'Tacos & Tequila Festival' event in August

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Bats will offering a unique experience this summer.

Louisville Slugger Field will host the inaugural Tacos & Tequila Festival on Aug. 16 from 3-7 p.m. There will be multiple taco and tequila vendors at the ballpark in downtown Louisville.

According to a news release, guests can sample street-style tacos, margaritas and tequila. Specific vendors will be announced throughout the summer.

Guests will be encouraged to vote on their favorite tacos. The vendor voted the Best Taco will receive a custom wrestling-style championship belt commemorating the achievement.
