LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A local church is embracing the season of giving by hosting a free community holiday giveaway this weekend.
It's happening Saturday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Green Castle Baptist Church on Murphy Lane off Ballardsville Road.Â
The church plans to distribute free food including turkeys, fresh produce and bread. Clothing and shoes are also being given away.Â
The event is open to everyone.Â
