LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- This holiday season, Louisville children battling cancer will get a boost of cheer thanks to an annual toy drive at the Mary T. Meagher Aquatic Center.
Louisville Parks and Recreation is partnering with Camp Quality to collect new, unwrapped toys for kids in need.
Community members can drop off donations at 201 Reservoir Ave., Monday through Friday during facility hours, now through Dec. 5.
“Camp Quality brings comfort and support to children and families facing the unimaginable,” Mayor Craig Greenberg said.
Michelle King, executive director of Louisville Parks and Recreation, called the drive a meaningful tradition that reflects the community’s generosity.
Camp Quality provides year-round support, programs, and experiences for children with cancer at no cost to families, helping ensure they can experience joy and support during the holidays.
