LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Zoo is turning December into a month of holiday fun, offering family-friendly activities and special visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Holiday-themed fun will take place on select weekends as animals enjoy seasonal treats and toys throughout their habitats.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will visit Dec. 20–21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for photos and meet-and-greets.
A zoo-wide scavenger hunt will run all month long. Guests can scan a QR code at the entrance to join the adventure and complete challenges for a chance to win prizes.
All holiday activities are included with regular zoo admission or membership.
Visitors can also take advantage of discounted tickets during Wild Winter Days by donating a nonperishable food item at the gate.
