LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- LMPD has called off the search for missing Boyce College student, Klay Porter.
Porter's father told WDRB News that his son sent him a text message Monday and was picked up by a friend in Cincinnati.
He is now safe at a Baptist institute in southeast Kentucky.
Porter was reported missing in mid-July after going to a store and not returning.
