LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- WDRB and St. Jude are nearly halfway to our ticket sales goal for the 2025 Dream Home in Mt. Washington.

For as little as $100, you could walk away with a new home worth $500,000.

The home will be given away to one lucky winner on Oct. 2. As of Tuesday, nearly 4,100 tickets have been sold.

The deadline to be entered to win the early bird prize is coming up. If you buy a ticket by Aug. 8, you are also entered to win a $2,500 VISA gift card.

This year's St. Jude Dream Home is located on Meadows Rose Lane in the Bluegrass Meadows Community in Mt. Washington. The 2,400-square-foot house by Fischer Homes has an estimated value of $482,000.

A total of 8,500 raffle tickets are available this year — that's a 500-ticket increase from last year, when $800,000 was raised for St. Jude. Tickets for last year's drawing sold out before the deadline.

Since WDRB's partnership with St. Jude began in 2020, a total of $3,620,900 has been raised from the Dream Home Giveaway. Thank you!

The winner of the 2025 Louisville St. Jude Dream Home will be chosen live on the air on WDRB Mornings on Oct. 2.
