LMPD Chief Erika Shields said a bullet hit Greenberg's clothes but did not strike him. A suspect is in custody.
Greenberg was not hit by a bullet, but a round hit his clothing, according to Louisville Metro Police Chief Erika Shields.
"Our criminal justice system is clearly broken," Greenberg said in response to the release of Quintez Brown.
