LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A third man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a Shively shooting last month that killed one man and injured three others.
The Shively Police Department said Tuesday that Kedrick Guthrie, 20, was arrested and charged with complicity to murder, assault, robbery and two counts of assault.
This is the third arrest made in connection to the shooting that happened around 3 a.m. Saturday, July 11, at HK Liquors, located in the 3200 block of Ralph Avenue.
Delonte Hooper, 32, and Terrell Gray, 31, were arrested Aug. 6 and charged with complicity to murder, along with multiple robbery and assault charges. Gray was also charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Following the shooting, Shively Alcoholic Beverage Control issued an emergency suspension of HK Liquors' liquor license. The store is currently appealing the decision, and reached a tentative agreement with the city of Shively July 23.
Guthrie's bond was set at $100,000 and he's due in court Monday, Aug. 24.
