LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Two men were arrested in connection with a shooting last month in Shively that killed one man and injured three others.

The Shively Police Department said Thursday that Delonte Hooper, 32, and Terrell Gray, 31, were arrested and charged with complicity to murder, along with multiple robbery and assault charges. Gray was also charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

The shooting happened around 3 a.m. Saturday, July 11, at HK Liquors, located in the 3200 block of Ralph Avenue.

Police said one person died and three others suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Both men are set to be arraigned Monday at 2 p.m. Their arrest citations were not immediately available. 

A mugshot for Gray was also not immediately available.

Following the shooting, Shively Alcoholic Beverage Control issued an emergency suspension of HK Liquors' liquor license. The store is currently appealing the decision, and reached a tentative agreement with the city of Shively July 23.

The investigation is ongoing.
