LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Attention local golfers — get ready to tee up for the Kentucky Derby Festival's annual Hole-In-One contest.Â
The Stock Yards Bank $1 Million Dollar Hole-In-One Golf Contest kicks off Thursday, April 11, and continues through Sunday, April 21, at Seneca Golf Course.Â
The preliminary competition is open daily April 11-21 (closed on April 20 for Thunder Over Louisville) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, April 21, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The semi-final round beings Sunday at 6 p.m.Â
The 10 closest shots each day will advance to the semi-final round, while hole-in-one shots will advance directly to the final round. The final round will be held on Tuesday, April 23 at 6 p.m.
It is $1 per swing daily, with two swings for $1 (buy-one-get-one-free) specials on the following days:
- Senior Days (62+): Weekdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Junior Day (under 18): Saturday, April 13
- First Responders & Veterans Day: Monday, April 15
- Ladies Day: Tuesday, April 16
- College Day: Wednesday, April 17
