Hillview Police said a reconstruction team is investigating the crash.
Dawn Middleton, 31, of Taylorsville, is being held on a $1 million cash bond after being indicted on two murder charges, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substances and disregarding a traffic light.
Dawn Middleton appeared in Bullitt District Court Monday to request that the prosecutor, Michael Van Sickle, be removed from the case.
