Louisville Downtown Partnership said 46 new businesses opened in the downtown area in 2022, while another 15 businesses have announced plans to open in 2023.
Greater Louisville, Inc., hosted a panel discussion on Thursday focused on attracting and retaining new employees for downtown companies.
The initiative is called The Second Chance Supporting Business Certification.
