National Guard soldiers rushed to distribute bottled water to flood-ravaged eastern Kentucky as forecasters warned of more rain coming to the region.
The area is home to 18 school districts. Four of them returned to the classroom this week, but 14 others are still cleaning up and assessing damage.
The death comes from Breathitt County, but no additional details have been released.Â
