Renaldo Gill, 34, was charged with murder and DUI for the crash. The child's mother, Jasmine Simpson, faces charges after police say her children were not properly restrained in the vehicle.
According to Louisville Metro Police, Renaldo Gill slammed into Jasmine Simpson's car on the Gene Snyder around 2:30 a.m. on Labor Day.
