The Thursday and Friday canceled school days are also impacting parents.
With Jefferson County Public Schools students out of school until Friday at the earliest, the district is working to help parents and families who may need assistance.
JCPS has worked to reduce the longest routes and transfer some stops to other drivers, so a student's bus number or bus stop could might now be different.
