The Jefferson County Public Schools Teachers Association is concerned the school district made decisions about a new transportation plan without input from certain people.
Two Louisville parents filed a federal civil rights lawsuit Thursday alleging that local public school officials are discriminating against their children and other Black students by denying them transportation options for the upcoming school year.Â
More than 300 students did not respond to the intent survey, but JCPS counted those students as returning.
